We will email e-Ticket to you within 30minutes (During working hours: 9am-6pm) after receiving order.

Inclusion:

• Visit two of Singapore’s top attractions, Universal Studios Singapore™ and Gardens by the Bay.
• Valid for one-day entry to each of the attractions, either on the same day or on separate dates.
• Combo tickets are per person and cannot be shared.

Universal Studios Singapore :Opening hours: 10:00 — 18:00
Gardens by the Bay :Operating hours: 09:00 – 21:00,
Last admission at 20:30
– Excludes: OCBC Skyway ticket

Additional Info
– Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to park rules and regulations, which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay.
– E-ticket and proof of identity required for entry.
– E-ticket and hand stamp are required for same day re-entry.
– This e-ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and is valid only on the date/period indicated.
– Gardens by the Bay’s other prevailing ticketing, admission, payment and program policies shall apply.
– For guests who wish to use the Double Conservatories e-ticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
– Not valid for special events. Visits to both Conservatories must be completed on the same day.
– No outside food and beverages are permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
1. No refund or cancellations allowed once booking is confirmed
2. No amendments can be made once E-Ticket is issued
3. No show forfeit E-Ticket
